1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Get Apartments website ("Service"), creating an account, or contacting brokers/renters, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Role of the Platform

Get Apartments acts as a venue to connect Renters with Brokers and Landlords. We are not a party to any rental transaction. We do not own, manage, or contract for any rental property listed on the site.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings.
  • We do not guarantee the creditworthiness of renters.
  • We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline.

3. For Brokers and Agents

By registering as a Broker, you represent and warrant that:

  • You hold a valid, active real estate license in the state where your listings are located.
  • You will provide accurate UID information for verification against state records.
  • You have the legal right to market and lease the properties you list.
  • Your listings are current, accurate, and truthful.
  • You will abide by all Fair Housing Laws and local real estate regulations.

We reserve the right to revoke "Verified" status or ban accounts if a license is found to be expired, revoked, or if a broker engages in bait-and-switch tactics.

4. For Renters

Renters agree to use the platform solely for the purpose of finding residential housing. You agree not to:

  • Contact brokers for commercial solicitation or spam.
  • Submit false information regarding your specific housing needs or "Desires."
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person through our messaging system.

5. Messaging and Privacy

Messages sent through our platform may be monitored for trust and safety purposes. We reserve the right to remove any message or ban any user that violates our community guidelines. Your personal contact information is shared with the counterparty only when you explicitly initiate contact or reply.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Get Apartments, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
