Fair Housing Policy
get.apartments is committed to the letter and spirit of the U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
Acceptable Use
Users of our platform agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in profiles and listings.
- Not use the chat feature for harassment, spam, or solicitation outside of real estate.
- Respect the privacy of other users.
- Brokers must hold a valid license where required by law.
Listing Quality
Listings must represent actual, available units. "Bait and switch" tactics and duplicate listings are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
Images: We encourage high-resolution photos that clearly show the apartment. Watermarked images are permitted, provided the watermark does not significantly obscure the view of the property features.
